本次试听课将会教授如何利用五感 (眼、口、舌、鼻、身体)来感受普洱茶的魅力,如何系统的品鉴一款普洱茶,以及了解中国茶道的精神。

Learning about tea should be both entertaining and easy to pick up. The class will take Pu'er tea as the main focus, and discuss how tea leaves, geographical location, fermentation and ageing affects the variety of tea. Whether it is Pre-fermented Pu'er tea you like, or post-fermented, like choosing between white and red wine. We will cover how to properly use each teaware to present a perfect and authentic tea ceremony and what food to pair with. In addition, you will be able to taste some best Pu'er tea from different years and, of course, in different price ranges, and learn a few unconventional tips to help you choose the best-value tea the next time.
